- Abstracts published or presented previously at scientific and/or professional meetings will not be accepted.
- Abstracts will be considered for presentation and published as submitted. Requests for possible changes in the abstract content should be addressed to the Congress Secretariat before the deadline for abstract submission. No further changes will be possible beyond that date.
- Corresponding author is required to provide precise contact details to be used in future correspondence.
- Scientific Committee members will review all received abstracts and select those for oral or poster presentation. Estimated time for each oral presentation will depend on the session for which an abstract will be planned in the Congress Program.
- All instructions for authors of oral presentations will be posted on the Congress website.
- Accepted abstracts will be published in the Abstracts Book.
- Abstract will be included in the Abstract Book if registration fee is paid up to July 31st, 2012 by at least. In case author/s does/do not pay the fee, abstract/s will not be included in the Abstracts Book.
- Authors of accepted abstracts will present their poster and/or oral communication in the course of the session allocated to them by the Scientific Committee.
- Do not include footnotes in the Abstract. Please avoid bolding, underlining and otherwise changing the fonts in the abstract body.
- If drug names are used in the abstract, authors are advised to use generic name only.
