Prices are based on full board per person (lunch for all guests on full board will be provided in Hotel Tuzla).

Gala dinner fee for payments until September 30th, 2012: 60 KM/ 31€ and for on-site payments: 70 KM/ 36€. The Organizing Committee strongly advises that Gala Dinner registration be made in advance due to limited capacity.

CANCELLATION POLICY  

All changes or cancellations should be sent in writting to Technical Congress Secretary. Any change (name of the hotel or room type, arrival/departure date) or cancellation is possible free of charge until 40 days before the beginning oft he Congress: Cancellations made not later than 20 days before the beginning oft he Congress will be refunded at 50 percent of the amount. No refund will be available for cancellations beyond that date (20 days before the beginning oft he Congress).
